I'm currently remodeling this two bedroom home in SE Rochester. It has a great corner lot, with a fenced back yard, front & rear decks, enclosed porch, two-sided shed/workshop with electricity, a partially finished basement, new jacuzzi tub, and a large dining area addition to the kitchen. The home sits across from a lovely tree lined park, and is located on a low-traffic street. The home will be available for sale or lease towards the end of April. This is a home I recently renovated, along with Kellie Threinen of The BellaRae Group, in the Kutzky Park Neighborhood. We purchased the home in October of 2006, and spent five months renovating the home. We're happy to report that this former duplex is once again a single family home and has new owners.

This is a nursery I painted for a neighbor's new baby. I painted the animals to match the crib set, and added the lyrics to "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" to incorporate what will surely be his musical upbringing, as the baby's father is a musician in a local band.
