Buyer's Agency...Better Than Sliced Bread??

If you ask me, Buyer's Agency has got to be one of the best things to come about since sliced bread!  Believe it or not, it's still a relatively new concept in the real estate industry, and if you haven't bought or sold a home in the past 10 years, it may still be a foreign concept to you.  Here's the briefest description:  In any real estate transaction, the agent that is exclusively representing the buyer is...you guessed it...the Buyer's Agent.  Why is this such a great thing, you ask?  Well, as you know, purchasing a home is most likely the largest investment you'll ever make...so it's crucial to have someone working on your behalf, not just that of the seller of the home you're wanting to purchase.

And here's the icing on this cake (or sliced bread)!  While your Buyer's Agent is working exclusively on your behalf, i.e., helping to negotiate the purchase in your favor by providing sales statistics to determine a proper offering price, securing terms in the contract that meet your needs (and the list of services a buyer's rep. provides goes on!), the Seller pays your Agent's commission!  And even better....having an Accredited Buyer Representative working for you allows you peace of mind in knowing that an experienced professional is looking out for your best interests, so that your home buying experience is as easy, enjoyable, and as smooth a transaction as you will ever be part of.

When it's time to buy your next home, please make the decision to work with an Accredited Buyer Representative.  You'll be happy you did.
